Oxbridge Academy's certificates and diploma programmes are certified and designed to enhance your skills and create career opportunities across a variety of fields in South Africa, such as accounting, business administration and project management.
These programmes are not credit bearing, but are unit standard aligned and give learners the opportunity to articulate to other levels. This acknowledges that Oxbridge's vision is aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and that Oxbridge provides quality programmes offering good value, in relation to the service delivered and course fees paid.
Admission requirements:
It doesn't matter whether students want to enroll for financial accounting, business administration or project management diplomas, those without Grade 12 (Matric) have to start at the certificate level of the programme in question and progress through the Higher Certificate to Diploma level. Learners with a Grade 12 certificate can enroll immediately for the Higher Certificate and progress to the Diploma level, but we recommend that those unfamiliar with the subject matter start at the Certificate level.
Duration:
Each level will take 10 months to complete.
Assessment information:
Throughout the course, learners will be required to complete formative assessments in the form of activities contained in the learner guide (we supply learners with model answers). There will also be a summative assessment in the form of an assignment, which must be completed and handed in for assessment by qualified assessors of Oxbridge Academy.
Awarding body:
Oxbridge Academy awards national certificates and diplomas to students who have successfully completed the courses in new venture creation entrepreneurship, business administration, accounting, project management or occupations health and safety management.
